Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a Report Writer to join the team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will produce zoning reports for commercial properties by researching, analyzing, and applying municipal zoning regulations. The ideal candidate thrives on accuracy, enjoys detailed research, and can communicate findings clearly in written reports.
Key Responsibilities

Research and verify zoning regulations for commercial properties

Collect, organize, and apply data/documents to written reports

Determine property compliance with zoning codes and requirements

Collaborate with Client Managers to address client questions and feedback

Maintain accurate records and update the company database
Qualifications & Experience

Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred: 2+ years of professional experience in roles requiring critical thinking and decision-making

Experience with zoning, title companies, or real estate strongly preferred
