Afterhours Healthcare Call Center Representative September 8, 2025

Pay: $25/hr

Job Full Description

  • ·         Answer incoming calls, texts and emails from clients and associates, and provide information, assistance, and follow-up
  • ·         Make outbound calls, texts and emails to clients and associates to secure jobs or re-book cancelled shifts
  • ·         Facilitate the placement process by verifying credentials, and skill set when needed
  • ·         Maintain and update records and databases with accurate and timely information
  • ·         Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate manager or Franchise location
  • ·         Adhere to company policies and procedures, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • ·         Collaborate effectively with team members as necessary, both verbally and in writing
  • ·         Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
  • ·         Work with a sense of urgency to fill open positions

Qualifications

  • ·         High school diploma or equivalent
  • ·         At least one year of recent experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • ·         Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • ·         Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • ·         Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • ·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ·         Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • ·         Incredible level of attention to detail
