Job Title: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Tulsa, OK Metro Area (On-Site)
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

Role Overview
The Senior Tax Accountant will support the tax team in delivering accurate and timely tax compliance and projects for entities and individuals. This role requires strong judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to handle complex tax matters while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare federal and multi-state partnership, foundation, fiduciary, and individual income tax returns, including complex filings

Apply tax rules accurately and prepare estimated tax projections for individuals and entities

Conduct tax research, identify solutions, and communicate findings internally and with clients

Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity, and identify process improvements

Participate in tax training and stay current on relevant tax developments

Collaborate effectively with the team and follow management guidance
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

2+ years of tax experience

CPA preferred but not required

Knowledge of accounting and tax compliance for multiple entity types

Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills
