Contract Opportunity – Accountant / Bookkeeper
Location: Oklahoma City
Duration: Temporary Contract
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled accounting professional for a temporary contract opportunity with a small to medium-sized company. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Deltek, ADP, and QuickBooks. Candidates with experience in software conversions will be given strong consideration. Client is converting from current software to Deltek for billing functionality and from ADP to Deltek for payroll functions. This conversion of data will be manual, so attention to detail and understanding of both systems will be needed

The client is a well-established firm serving a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, municipal organizations, and cooperatives. They have decades of experience providing financial analysis, regulatory consulting, network infrastructure planning, and professional engineering services to clients across the United States.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Deltek, ADP, and QuickBooks.
- Previous experience with accounting software conversions is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual entries and reconciliations.
- Experience in a small to medium-sized business environment preferred.
