This position involves manufacturing, assembling, and installing HVAC ducts in commercial buildings. Production and assembly are completed in a warehouse. Once ducts are transported to job sites, you will be responsible for overseeing and inspecting their installation.

Responsibilities: Commercial HVAC Shop Foreman
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties according to specifications and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation procedures.
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork and piping using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Install electrical wiring and controls for HVAC systems, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they're operating efficiently and meet performance standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate installation projects and ensure timely completion.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from homeowners and ensuring their satisfaction with the installed HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports.
Requirements: Commercial HVAC Shop Foreman
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer, with a minimum of 5 years in Commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Prior foreman experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 pounds).
- Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and navigate rooftops.
- Stamina to work in various weather conditions and environments, including hot attics and tight crawl spaces.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40-$50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3pm
