Express Employment Professionals is looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Duct fabricators and installers.
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Duct Fabricator/Installer to join our team. You will be responsible for the installation of Commercial HVAC. The ideal candidate will possess expertise installed in commercial buildings as blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems and duct sizing.
Responsibilities: Commercial HVAC Fabricator and Installer
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Use schematics and blueprints to ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly.
- Unload, move, and handle commercial-scale ductwork.
- Utilize a variety of tools and specialized equipment.
- Interpret electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with others to complete commercial HVAC installations.
- Properly finish and seal ductwork.
- Perform accurate measurements using tape measures and other precision devices.
- Install commercial ceiling diffusers (grilles), wall mount diffusers, and other air devices
- Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order.
- Develop and follow work instructions.
- Keep the area clean and organized.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements: Commercial HVAC Fabricator and Installer
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC Fabrication, Ductwork 2-5 years (Required)
- Proficient knowledge of hand tools
- Proven experience in HVAC installation.
- Proficiency in sheet metal work, soldering, welding, and blueprint reading.
- Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of assembling HVAC components accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on construction sites.
- Experience with micrometers for precision measurements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment on various construction sites.
Physical Demands: Commercial HVAC Fabricator and Installer
- Stand, sit, or squat for long periods to perform the essentials of the work assigned.
- Will walk and move throughout the work area as needed.
- Will lift to 50lbs unassisted. Generally, will push, pull, reach, and stoop as needed.
- Able to work off ladders and lifts
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am- 3pm
Pay$32 per Hour
