  • Express London Events

We excel at serving our community, because we actively participate in it. Building relationships with our community partners and fostering an inclusive workplace culture allow us to offer our clients and associates an informed local expertise, on top of our staffing and job placement experience. We are good at what we do, because we know and support our community by hosting or attending important events.

  • Supporting Our Local Businesses

When we are not operating under a pandemic, our Express London team is quite actively involved in supporting our community with in-person events. We continue to help out our community partners and members virtually, by offering resources to help them with their employment-related needs.

  • Halloween Costume Contest

Who doesn't love Halloween? It's the one time of year we can pretend to be someone or something else and get celebrated for it! On Thursday, October 29, our team showed our true Halloween spirit, by dressing up, chowing down and competing for prizes! After anonymously voting for our top five, we opened up the contest to our public on social media. It was a tight race for the top prize, but the Tiger King costume beat out all others as the best costume!

Thanks to the generous contributions of our franchisees, our contest winner received a $50 Visa gift card and the 4 nominees were given $25 Visa gift cards. What a great way to encourage some healthy competition and all-around fun!

  • IT'S A BOY! Baby Shower for James and Tamara

On Sept.8, 2022, our team came together to celebrate the anticipated arrival of Baby Norris. After weeks of preparing for this happy occasion, our team, led by Social Director Christina Naarden, transformed the office into a party room to host a baby shower for our franchise owner, James Norris, and his wife Tamara.

We took shots at James (his photo, that is), examined dirty diapers (filled with crushed chocolate), and guessed the number of candies in the jar (179). We enjoyed great food, courtesy of Out 'N Back Catering, great conversations and great music from a playlist of songs with a "baby" theme. And we all got emotional during the gift-giving, when James read a dedication to Baby Norris, written by talented poet Maggie Gram.

One thing is for sure: we love working with each other as much as we love working with our community and that's a winning combination!

Congratulations, James and Tamara, and we wish you and Baby Norris all the best.

  • Express London Halftime Event

We recently had the opportunity to support our former client - The Factory! This state-of-the-art entertainment facility was selected as a venue for our halftime meeting event on July 13, 2022, an event where we reflect on past goals and accomplishments and plan for the second half of the year. While we didn't get a chance to participate in many of the numerous activities The Factory offers, we did enjoy the delicious menu offerings and hospitality at the Factory's Clubhouse dining area. We even managed a few video games after dinner!  A huge thank you to The Factory for helping make our meeting experience memorable.
