    Monte Farrar has an entertaining presentation style in which he shares his more than 28 years of human resource experience. Farrar is the Director of Human Resource Training at Express Employment Professionals, where he enjoys helping franchise owners and their clients solve problems. Farrar provides support to encourage and add value to business relationships.  

    He is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Organizational Development.  

    Prior to joining Express in 2006, Farrar gained leadership and consulting experience in numerous industries and companies including, Gulfstream Aerospace Technologies, The Hertz Corporation, Bank One Corporation, and American Electric Power. 

    As an experienced human resource professional, Farrar holds a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, as well as the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) designation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with California certification (SPHR, PHRca). Farrar is also an ASA Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). 

    Farrar has addressed diverse audiences on a variety of HR employment law and leadership challenges at organizations like Bennett Steel Inc., Xtreme Power, My Flooring America, various state Chambers of Commerce events nationwide, state SHRM conferences, and Express Employment Professionals events.
