    JEFF RUGAN - Senior Account Manager

    Since October of 2013, Jeff has been an outgoing, fun, and dedicated key player on our team.  Jeff’s first job was a Range Cart Driver for Pine Acres Par 3 Driving Range located in North Spokane. He later went on to work at Capitol Records doing radio promotions and then went into a post-production position for a small post house in Hollywood where he was lucky enough to work with actors such as Nicholas Cage and James Franco.  Jeff had been working as the Director of Marketing for a dental firm before making his decision to join our Express team here in Spokane. 

    Jeff grew up in Pine River Park and later graduated from Mead Sr. High School.  He is very active in the community as a member of the Leadership Spokane Alumni and the Business to Business Board for the ABC.  He is also the District 3 Commissioner for the City of Spokane Salary Review Commission.  When he isn’t working to better the community, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Bethany, and son, Michael, as well as playing guitar, watching movies, being outdoors, and going on road trips. 

    We are proud to have Jeff on our team, as much as he is proud to be on it.  He enjoys working with the reputable companies in Spokane and learning about the different products being produced.  He believes the most rewarding part of being a part of Express is helping Associates not only find work, but find solid positions.  Jeff also enjoys the family-like relationship between everyone in the office and has fun working as part of our team toward the same goal - to help people find good jobs with good companies.

    KURSHELL BUSCH - Account Manager, Office Administrator

    Kurshell has a fierce personality and finds joy through the happiness of those around her.  Her true passion is helping others.  Kurshell is able to tap into her passion with the work she does here at Express Employment Professionals.  Since March of 2016, she has been an Account Manager helping to place hundreds of people in satisfying jobs.  Her main focus is Hospitality, Office Services, and Professional Staffing.  Kurshell loves the positive energy that Express Employment brings daily and finds it most rewarding when an associate is hired on permanently with one of our clients.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management at Eastern Washington University and has been able to apply that knowledge to enhance value for clients and associates.   

    In her free time, Kurshell is hiking, camping, and attending concerts with her husband and their friends.  She loves to be creative and express herself through photography and painting.  When it is time to relax, she enjoys cuddling with her three miniature long haired Dachshunds.

    TAYLOR TRINDADE - Account Manager

    In early June of 2019 the Express office grew a little. Taylor quickly became a part of this tight knit family and rapidly advanced in her job as well. At the onset we knew her ambition would propel her and benefit our clients and associates alike. She was hired as our Front Office Coordinator and in just a few months was promoted to an Account Manager specializing in light industrial. Taylor thrives on helping people build their skill set in order to find successful employment. Working at Express allows her to achieve this on a daily basis. She also finds joy in creating lasting relationships with her clients as well as learning all she can about each company she has the pleasure of working with.

     Taylor was born and raised in sunny Southern California but her sense of adventure couldn’t keep her there long after finishing school. She relocated to the East Coast where she was employed at an Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Assistant. After some time exploring the Eastern Seaboard she decided that the Pacific Northwest was the place for her. In February 2014 Spokane, Washington became her new home and she put her skills and ambition to work at a new local retail business where she helped build their clientele, did business development, managed all employees and was acting HR manager. 

    In the summertime you can’t keep Taylor indoors. Spending as much time as possible basking in the sunshine and searching for the nearest body of water is essential. Once the winter hits you will likely find Taylor at home, reading books and exploring new recipes with her boyfriend.

    JACKIE CROZIER - Front Office Administrator

    Jackie is the most recent addition to Express Employment Professionals, as the Front Office Coordinator and payroll go-to gal.  Although fresh to the payroll game, her previous positions in the reception and customer service arena have solidified her people skills, thus creating a fun and challenging balance at Express.

     A California native, then New York transplant, Jackie grew up on both coasts and has not stopped moving since.  She and her boyfriend decided to make Coeur d’Alene their new home in October 2019, however Idaho isn’t unknown territory for her.  She received her bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing from a small school in eastern Idaho, and lived in Boise for the last 3 years.  Jackie’s favorite part of Express is the small team that brings laughter and camaraderie.  She has thoroughly enjoyed the variety of new skills she acquires daily, and the ever challenging and entertaining task of matching names on timecards to the smiling faces of our associates.

    When not working, you won’t be able to find Jackie locally; she is off globetrotting for the world’s best cheese pizza.  Traveling far and wide, she’s explored, and tasted, places such as: Sydney, Dublin, Rarotonga, and Dubrovnik.  Catch her stateside, and you’ll learn that Jackie can school anyone, anywhere, anytime in Friends trivia, has recently started her own vinyl decal side hustle, Smack Vinyl, and absolutely loves to play card games.  She enjoys collecting records, binge watching tv and movies, and making everyone around her laugh.
