  • 94% of companies see the benefits of semi-retirement, but 50% have apprehensions
  • 69% of hiring decision-makers say the skills gap they see from new hires in the past year is wider than ever
  • 64% report deterioration of hard and soft skills as an impact of extended unemployment
  • 55% of hiring decision-makers would prefer to take more time to hire a candidate who doesn’t require training
