Assembly work, Solder, hand tools, wire cutters, measure
• The ideal candidate will be provided training due to the complexity and technical nature of our assemblies.
• The candidate must possess a strong work ethic and have a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to speak and read English and interpret Assembly Drawings, Manufacturing Procedures, Military Specifications, Schematics, and Wire Lists.
• The candidate must also be capable of using the following tools: soldering iron, crimping tools, wire strippers, rulers for measuring wire lengths to be cut etc.
• Candidates must be able to produce high quality solder & crimp connections for high density connectors.
• Preferred candidates will be certified in IPC J-STD-001.
• Most complicated thing they build there - splicing/wiring (3 weeks to make) harness used in torpedo in Navy
• Training will last for 2-4 weeks
