Position overview:
- Oversee Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead and manage projects that span various departments and functions within the organization.
- Report to President/CEO: Directly support and provide strategic counsel to the President/CEO.
- Leverage Leadership Team: Enhance the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team by taking on critical tasks and responsibilities.
- Drive New Processes and Operations: Implement and improve organizational processes and operational strategies.
- Handle Internal Communications: Manage communication within the organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Represent CEO Externally: Act as the representative of the CEO in dealings with clients, collaborators, and potential business opportunities.
- Manage Billing of Materials (BOMs): Oversee and manage the process related to Billing of Materials.
Skills:
- Represent CEO/President in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate with the CEO/President and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Support CEO/President in meetings by taking notes and assuming responsibility for completion of action items.
- Prepare and brief CEO on materials required for their daily schedule.
- Manage and drafts letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO/President that are highly sensitive and confidential.
- Schedule, contact and calendar maintenance.
- Manage the CEO/Presidents administrative needs, calendar and prioritizes their time and schedule to ensure their time is effectively allocated.
Qualifications:
- Public health background – Understanding health care – Writing of proposals, understands fundraising.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, journalism, social sciences or a related field.
- Three years in a business or executive management role.
- Experience in community relations including marketing and public relations.
- Highly experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting analytics
- Knowledge of fundraising information sources
- Experience with proposal writing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
Job Type: Full-time- On-site
- 40 hours per week
- Ability to work on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays)
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule
- Overtime, and standby status may be required at times to meet operational and patient care needs
Salary: $73,000
