Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Installation: Assemble and install various types of furniture, including desks, chairs, cabinets, and shelving units, ensuring precision and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on installation progress, and address any questions or concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect all completed installations for quality and safety, ensuring that all items are securely assembled and functional.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules, transport furniture to installation sites, and ensure safe handling during transit.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the installation process, including modifications or adjustments as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other installers and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Maintenance & Care: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic repairs as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in furniture assembly, installation, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good customer service abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items (up to [X pounds]), perform manual tasks, and work in various environments (residential and commercial).
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record may be required.
