Job Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and drawings.
• Perform visual and functional tests to ensure all electrical systems and components are operational.
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly fixtures to complete tasks.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Ensure products are assembled within set timeframes, meeting both quality and safety standards.
• Inspect parts and products for defects, damage, and compliance with quality standards.
• Document assembly processes, product issues, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to address assembly concerns and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associates degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or similar roles, with proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components (resistors, capacitors, switches, etc.) and wiring techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to report technical issues effectively.
• Soldering experience (through-hole and surface-mount) is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical assemblies and components.
