Job Full Description
Job Summary: The HVAC Services Division provides services, consisting of, but not limited to: Preventative maintenance and repair (or replacement) of HVAC equipment, burners (gas, oil, methane), pneumatic controls, DDC controls, electrical controls, boiler controls, pumps, refrigeration, air conditioning, softeners, minor piping and sheet metal repairs.
Schedule & Pay:
· FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm (regular time-and-a-half overtime pay!).
· $25.00 /hr. during training period; raise after evaluation period.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Assign and prioritize service calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians to customer locations.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Keep track of the real-time location and status of service technicians.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute regular maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Good Listening Skills: Listen carefully to customer concerns. It’s the first step towards solving their problems.
- Strong Communication Skills: Keep customers informed at every step. Update them on good or bad news to stay transparent and trustworthy.
