Job Full Description
The Client Success associate plays a critical role in supporting the sales team. Responsibilities include entering sales orders, processing payments, scheduling deliveries, submitting and tracking warranty requests, and ensuring order fulfillment.
The role of Client Success requires a high level of customer service. The individual is the first point of contact for customers who are following up on their purchases. This position requires the ability to interact with customers courteously and professionally.
The individual will deal with computers and databases including Microsoft Excel and File Maker Pro. The position will require the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks as they are received. A high level of organizational and problem-solving skills is also necessary for success in this position.
Work with customers to finalize sales and schedule deliveries and installation
· Act as a point of contact after a sale and maintain open communication with customers
· Maintain a database of customer issues and manage concerns as they arise
· Utilize the Point of Sales (POS) to place customer orders and finalize customer orders
· Answer customer concerns via email and over the phone and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolved
· Coordinate information and orders between the sales team, the warehouse, the customer, and other AllSouth locations
· Review reports to ensure products have been received and by warehouse so that delivery can be scheduled with the customer
· Perform other administrative work that may arise
· Act as receptionist and handle front desk duties when needed
· Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance as needed
· Perform any other tasks as required
