SUMMARY:
Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, receiving deliveries and routing to appropriate parties, and additional clerical duties.

EDUCATION:
Any combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and
abilities are qualifying; typical education would include a high school diploma or equivalent and
administrative assistant/office technology course work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Office
• Manage the front office responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate parties
• Greet guests in a professional manner
• Receive deliveries and route to the appropriate parties
• Handle administrative tasks as assigned

KNOWLEDGE:
• English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
• Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
• Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

SKILLS:
• Reading Comprehension - Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
• Time Management – Manage time and prioritize tasks in a manner that ensures deadlines are met and projects are completed in a timely manner
• Active Listening - Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• Writing - Communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
• Speaking - Talk to others to convey information effectively
• Computer – Utilize a variety of software programs to accomplish the essential duties of the position, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Juris. Type a minimum of net 60 wpm
