Human Resource Assistant (B253) 

Express Employment Professionals in Decatur AL is currently hiring a Human Resource Assistant for a company located in Spruce Pine, AL. Position is full-time and has potential for long-term employment. 

 

 Skills/Experience Required: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Human Resources. 

  • Payroll processing experience to support Corporate Office Payroll. 

  • Prior experience in human resources or administrative support role, particularly within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with employees at all levels.  

  • Able to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.  

  • Able to work with limited supervision and high motivation.  

  • Able to work well under pressure, meeting multiple deadlines.  

  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Paylocity Payroll System a plus.  

  • Google Software. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 

  • Must be highly organized with capacity for multitasking, working independently, and as part of a team.  

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines. 

  • Must be able to present in group settings.
