Quality Control - Headland, AL
This is a full time, hourly position
· Run samples on all product to verify shelling equipment is working properly and to determine moisture content.
· Be in constant contact with supervisor, and plant superintendent to alert them of anything going out of grade.
· Perform record keeping on all Q.C. checks and distribute samples and check results to supervisor and plant superintendent.
· Maintain all Quality Control Equipment in good repair and sanitary condition
· Maintain Quality Control room in sanitary manner.
· Assigned Duties – Any other duties assigned by the Plant Superintendent or shift supervisor
· Follow all company Rules and Policies
· Safety – Follow all safety guidelines and rules
· Quality Control operators must ensure they follow Food Safety and Quality Guidelines to ensure no contamination as they assist in producing a safe, legal, quality product
