What we're looking for in a Human Resource Manager:
· Develop and implement Company Culture by identifying strengths and weaknesses within teams and working with Department Managers to cultivate change (team surveys, disciplinary trends, Exit Survey feedback, retention issues, direct complaints)
· Create and teach monthly continuing education trainings for Department Managers to review/refresh processes and topics they are responsible for pertaining to managing people
· Evolve HR department regulary by implementing new processes to allow internal HR team growth and improvement of employee experience with HR tools (PayNW, benefit administration, performance reviews, etc.)
- Consult with upper management on strategic planning for buisness developments
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws are met and monitor changes to labor laws
- Meet with Department Managers annually to complete Strenth/Weakness Improvement Plans to ensure understanding of their team and make any neccessary changes
- Review and update payscales annually
