Job Title: Decorative Flooring Technician

Pay Range: $15 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flooring equipment and machinery, as well as concrete work. A background in construction is preferred. As a Flooring Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flooring materials for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain flooring equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Install a variety of flooring materials, including tile, carpet, hardwood, and laminate.
- Perform concrete work related to flooring installations and repairs.
- Measure and prepare workspaces for installation.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Requirements:
- Experience with flooring installation, equipment, and concrete work is required.
- Construction experience is highly preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
