Job Title: Industrial Painter – Join Our Expert Finishing Team!
Location: Montgomery Tri-County Area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour (based on Experience Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to metal, wood, and other industrial materials using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
- Perform auto painting tasks, including refinishing and detailing vehicles or industrial equipment.
- Inspect and ensure surfaces meet quality standards before and after painting.
- Mix paints and coatings to match specifications and achieve desired results.
- Maintain and clean painting tools, spray guns, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper ventilation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial or auto painting experience.
- Proficiency in using spray guns and other painting tools.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve consistent finishes.
- Knowledge of paint mixing, application techniques, and surface preparation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and standards for industrial painting environments.
