We are looking for a skilled Construction/Concrete Technician to assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and structural construction projects. If you have experience in formwork, rebar installation, and site preparation, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing for various construction projects
- Set up and dismantle forms, molds, and framing for concrete structures
- Install and tie rebar, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials
- Operate concrete saws, trowels, screeds, power tools, and finishing equipment
- Ensure proper leveling, smoothing, and finishing of concrete surfaces
- Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company policies
- Work in a team setting to complete projects efficiently and on time
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in concrete work, construction, or related field
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, formwork, and reinforcement installation
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings (preferred)
- Experience with power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED), CDL preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality workmanship
