We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in an industrial setting. If you have experience with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and heavy equipment repair, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Inspect, test, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and control panels
- Utilize PLC diagnostics and programming for automated systems (if applicable)
- Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and equipment documentation
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and industrial automation equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems, VFDs, and control circuits (preferred but not required)
- Welding and fabrication experience (a plus!)
- Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments (heights, confined spaces, extreme temperatures)
