We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our team in Montgomery, AL.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, strategic planning, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure the company is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws. Review and update HR policies as needed.
Employee Relations and Performance Management: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and manage performance reviews to drive a positive work environment. Support managers and teams in improving performance, coaching employees, and developing growth plans.
Expectations:
Foster a positive work environment that drives employee morale, engagement, and retention. Success will be measured by improvements in employee satisfaction surveys, retention rates, and overall workplace culture.
Be an advocate for continuous improvement in the work environment, helping to create a culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience.
HR Director or managerial experience in the private sector is essential.
Qualifications Required:
SHRM Certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
Education Preferred:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
