Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting appliances that meet their needs and budget
- Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, and warranties
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines to answer customer questions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with showroom maintenance, including updating displays and keeping the sales floor organized
- Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales, preferably in the appliance or electronics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
