We are seeking a reliable and organized Administration/Customer Service Representative to support our team. Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and handle incoming calls with professionalism and friendliness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Process work orders, invoices, and other documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Manage scheduling and coordination of construction projects, including communication with field crews and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, customer interactions, and job documentation
  • Assist with procurement and tracking of materials and supplies
  • Update and maintain internal databases and filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and project updates as needed
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
  • Support office staff with administrative duties, including data entry and record keeping
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front office and reception area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and procedures is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
