About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Order Selector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a ride-on pallet jack and will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order picking and distribution. Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- 2-4 years of experience operating a ride-on pallet jack
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in varying temperature environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using a ride-on pallet jack
- Verify the accuracy of orders by matching items and quantities with order sheets
- Safely operate a ride-on pallet jack to move products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload products onto pallets and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy standards
