Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Burn Table Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining with specific expertise in operating a CNC burn table. This role requires precision and a strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC burn table machinery to cut and shape various metal materials based on job orders and blueprints.
- Interpret technical drawings and set up the machinery accurately to complete jobs.
- Perform routine maintenance on the CNC burn table to ensure optimal operation.
- Monitor the cutting process and make adjustments to machine settings as required.
- Check final products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Document actions by completing production and quality logs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in CNC machine operation, specifically with burn tables.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
