Job Title: Exteriors Team Member

Position Summary:
The Exteriors Team Member will contribute to achieving daily completion goals in the Exteriors Department, reporting directly to the Construction Manager. This position requires versatility, physical endurance, and a commitment to quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install exterior materials.
- Complete tasks based on daily and weekly production goals.
- Adapt to various tasks as needed, including support in other departments.
- Install and seal windows.
- Perform overtime as required.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
- Sustain physical activity involving movement and manual dexterity without fatigue.
- Remain stationary for extended periods.
- Regular attendance as per the posted schedule is essential.
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push, and pull objects.
- Lift objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Stand for 10-12 hours daily.
- Work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Fulfill other physical demands as needed.
