Are you a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with a passion for innovation? We are seeking a Bilingual (Chinese/English) Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in a cutting-edge solar panel manufacturing facility. This direct-hire opportunity includes an exciting 30-day international training program in China.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems using PLCs
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Chinese and English required
