Overview:
Express Employment Professionals – Chandler is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators for a leading industrial client in Mesa, AZ. We’re looking for individuals with experience operating any of the following equipment:

Water Trucks
-
Sweeper Trucks
-
Roll-Off Trucks
-
Front-End Loaders
Most equipment is manual transmission, so experience with stick-shift vehicles is essential. You'll be assigned to operate one type of equipment based on your background and the client's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Safely operate your assigned equipment in an industrial setting
-
Perform daily inspections and basic preventative maintenance
-
Follow site safety procedures at all times
-
Work effectively with team members and site supervisors
-
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report issues as needed
Qualifications:
-
Must have experience operating at least one of the listed equipment types
-
Manual transmission experience required
-
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
-
Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments
-
Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
