Job Description:
The Business to Business Customer Service Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our business clients within the live event industry. This position will involve proactive communication, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
2. Account Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
3. Customer Support:
- Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt response and resolution to client issues.
- Track and report on client interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.
4. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Required (any field)
- Minimum of 2 years of stable experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for the live event industry and a desire to provide exceptional service to clients.
