Job Full Description

Position: Surface Mount Equipment Operator
Job duties include but are not limited to

• Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines.
• Setup and operation of automatic stencil printers.
• Setup and operation of convection reflow ovens.
• Perform manual component placement and inspection.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Perform detailed quality inspection of populated circuit boards.

Job Requirements

• Experience operating Surface Mount Equipment. Assembleon and Yamaha equipment experience is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100, ESD, IPC-A-610
• Expected to read and comprehend process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings.
• Expected to communicate well in English both verbally and in written format.
• Component Identification Ability required.
• Candidates should be very organized with the ability to keep count of parts.
• Candidates should have the ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
