Job Full Description
As a Technical Customer Support Advisor, you will show an enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service, own the customer experience and strive to offer a complete resolution. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in the required language), and are able to adjust your style and communication to fit different audiences. You can tackle problems with flexibility and adjust your approach while still achieving the desired outcome. You must have a High School diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience is preferred, a pleasant phone demeanor, technical knowledge and expertise, familiarity with iOS, tablets, and PC/Mac products, the capacity to navigate multiple systems and tools for research, comprehension and delivering solutions in real time, remain professional in stressful situations, and make smart decisions to solve complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. You have a performance-driven attitude and an eagerness to learn more about technology. You are able to self-manage and work autonomously, are comfortable with doing repetitive tasks, and are open to receiving feedback, coaching, and making changes accordingly.
