Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join its team. This role involves assembling and soldering electronic components onto circuit boards following work instructions, schematic drawings, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience working with hand soldering techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components onto PCBs per specifications.
- Inspect and ensure quality solder connections, addressing any defects.
- Operate production equipment and follow safety and ESD procedures.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- High School Diploma or GED required – proof must be provided before resume submission.
- 10-panel drug screen required
- Background check must be completed before starting – must be 100% clean for the past 7 years business.
- Previous soldering experience preferred.
