Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist - Inventory to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our inventory through regular inspections, cycle counts, and effective use of ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality and Inventory Control Experience Require for this role with a focus in using ERP Systems. (e.g., SAP, SYSPRO, Oracle)
- Perform regular inspections of inventory to ensure product quality and adherence to proper storage conditions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in product quality, condition, and labeling.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities against physical inventory and ERP system records.
- Conduct and manage regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SYSPRO) to update, track, and manage inventory data.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform arithmetic calculations and work with percentages, averages, and ratios.
- Exceptional attention to detail in inspecting inventory and identifying discrepancies.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SYSPRO).
- Strong understanding of inventory control practices, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and quality control standards.
