We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing/Production Associate to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. This role involves working with production machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation.

Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards.

Perform quality control checks and report any defects or issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA guidelines.

Load and unload raw materials and finished products using material-handling equipment if required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred.

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
