Job Full Description
Position Summary: This position handles the day-to-day service needs of Surety Bond customers. It supports the Bond Producers’ sales efforts by fulfilling all aspects of new and renewal of bond processing allowing them to move onto the next sale. The job requires accuracy and diligence to process timely bond documents and forms for our customers.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- This role requires a current P&C License. Must be willing to get the License in all 50 States, Company covers the expense.
- Provide accurate, timely and friendly service to all bond clients
- Process accurately New and Renewal Bond documents and any industry standard specific forms to comply with legal contracts
- Follow-up with clients for timely receipt of indemnity agreements/applications
- Facilitates underwriting process and communication between the Surety carrier and client
- Enter and update client records with attached files, documents & communication
- Bill and prepare bonds for delivery to clients
- Assist in the process of client renewal policies
- Create and maintain a calendar for follow up tasks on a daily, monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Assist in any other project or duty as requested by manager
Education and Qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of various types of surety bonds
- P&C License REQUIRED
- Proficient skill level with computer programs including Data Management systems
- Minimum of two years CSR experience
The ideal candidate would be a licensed CSR who would like the opportunity to advance their career into a sales position.
