Job Title: Licensed Occupational Therapist
Location: Chandler, Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Hourly (Based on Therapist Needs)
Clinic Setting: ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Clinic
Overview:
We are a collaborative, child-centered ABA clinic in Chandler, AZ, seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working in a dynamic pediatric setting alongside behavior analysts, speech therapists, and families to support children with autism and related developmental differences.
Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments tailored to each child’s developmental and functional needs

Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans, incorporating sensory integration, fine motor, self-regulation, and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Collaborate with BCBAs and RBTs to support integrated care and reinforce skill generalization
-
Provide direct 1:1 and group OT sessions in a clinic-based environment

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, data tracking, and reports for insurance and family use

Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning

Educate families and caregivers on strategies and home programming

Stay current on best practices, evidence-based interventions, and regulatory compliance for pediatric occupational therapy

Maintain valid licensure and CPR certification
Qualifications:

Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Arizona OT license in good standing

NBCOT certification

Experience in pediatric therapy; experience in autism or ABA clinic settings is highly preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-
Passionate about helping children thrive in functional, meaningful ways
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with sensory processing challenges and intervention strategies

Experience with co-treatments or interdisciplinary collaboration in ABA clinics
-
Knowledge of relevant evaluation tools such as the BOT-2, Peabody, or Sensory Profile
