Job Title: Executive Assistant/Office Manager - Direct Hire

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to our executives. You will be the friendly and fashionable face of our company, fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment. Your responsibilities will include making travel arrangements, managing office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.

  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Maintain and order office supplies to ensure the office is always well-stocked and organized.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and visitors, providing a friendly and professional welcome.

  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including company meetings, client events, and team-building activities.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.

  • A passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
