Lead Large Format Installer – Bring Your Passion for Printing to Life!

We’re searching for a Large Format/Grand Format Installation Lead to take charge and lead installations with precision, creativity, and expertise. If you’re a hardworking, reliable pro with a passion for the printing industry, we want YOU to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing vinyl graphics, wallpaper, banners, acrylic lettering, and more
- Using hand tools like drills and saws to bring projects to life
- Leading a team and ensuring top-notch quality on every install
- Solving problems on the fly and adapting to unique job site challenges
- Traveling to customer locations (clean driving record required)
- Communicating professionally with clients and teammates
- Working with computers (MS Office, MIS Systems, Email, Internet)
- Putting in the work – This role is physically demanding and often requires overtime
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in large format installation
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and hardworking attitude – we need someone who shows up and gets it done
- Passion for the printing industry – you love what you do
- A clean driving record (you’ll be on the road installing incredible projects)
