CLIENT MANAGER
A fine furniture warehousing company in the South Phoenix area is currently seeking a qualified Client Manager to act as the liaison between their company and their clients.
This is a long-term position with a lot of room for growth! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
CLIENT MANAGER JOB FUNCTIONS:

Assist with day-to-day administrative functions and all facets of specialized customer service role.

Manage client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver project proposals and estimates.

Develop a strong understanding of our company’s products and services and have working knowledge of our competition.
- Work with internal departments and external vendors to execute service request while ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.

Ensure estimates, work orders, and invoices are clear, accurate and that they capture all services provided in chronological order.

Troubleshoot problematic shipments and research missing inventory.

Review and approve all freight invoices.
CLIENT MANAGER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Exceptional phone and email communication
- Extensive client service experience
CLIENT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer service experience, preferably B2B
- 4 years’ experience managing projects or coordinating international shipping
- 4 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution
- Experience managing complex and large-scale projects within a premium market
