Encapsulation Machine Operator
$20.00
Responsibilities:
- Set up encapsulation machinery before production runs, including adjusting settings and ensuring all components are in working order.
- Operate encapsulation machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Break down machinery after production runs, cleaning and sanitizing all components thoroughly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the encapsulation machine to keep it in good working condition.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating encapsulation machinery is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to set up, breakdown, and clean encapsulation machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Schedule is Tuesday to Friday.
