Position Overview:
A local Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Office Admin/Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience to members and guests, ensuring efficient front desk operations, and offering administrative support to various departments within the club. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate appointments, reservations, and member services, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and club activities as needed
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry, particularly for membership and billing information
  • Handle member and guest concerns in a courteous and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of all member and club information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate''s degree or office administration certification preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office admin or front desk role, preferably in a hospitality or club setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
