We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Entry & Information Processing Specialist to support our administrative and client service functions. This role requires a strong critical thinker with experience in data entry, Excel, SharePoint, and multiple internal systems. Candidates with backgrounds in banking, insurance, or high-volume administrative roles are encouraged to apply.

This is a fast-paced position with no downtime—ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working efficiently, and focusing on results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, manage, and process data across multiple systems.
  • Work within Excel & SharePoint to track, update, and organize client information.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in processing insurance-related documents.
  • Utilize critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide support for client retention efforts, including outbound and follow-up calls as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or information processing.
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate preferred), SharePoint, and CRM systems.
Strong critical thinking skills—ability to analyze data and problem-solve efficiently.
✔ Background in banking, insurance, or corporate administrative roles preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor—must show up on time and stay focused.
✔ Experience in sales, customer retention, or call handling is a plus.
✔ Prior experience at companies with structured training programs (e.g., ADP, Lockton, etc.) is preferred.
