SalES/Front Desk
$19.00+ commission
We are looking for a motivated and personable Front Desk Sales Representative to join our dog grooming team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service while actively selling our memberships to help grow the business. You’ll be responsible for engaging with clients, explaining our membership options, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Sell memberships to clients, with a target of 1 sale per day.
- Provide detailed information on membership benefits and pricing to prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential leads to encourage sales.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales.
- Work closely with the grooming team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Promote and upsell additional services and products as needed
