Treasury Management Sales Officer In this role you will be responsible for providing a consultative approach to business clients to identify treasury management solutions. Responsible for providing sales support of new treasury management business and the expansion of business relationships. Develop sales plans for existing customer and new business prospects, while maintaining knowledge of treasury management solutions. Collaborates with other business lines to facilitate the on boarding of new clients to the bank. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required • Develop new business primarily with prospects, as well as existing clients in assigned territories • Maintain a high level of qualified in-person calling activity, completing responses to customer or prospect request for proposal and general sales activity • Develop business call plan to achieve deposit goals • Provide periodic account reviews for relationship clients • Participate in independent and/or joint calling with business partners • Assist in general marketing activity as required for trade shows and other targeted industry events • Proven successful track record within team selling and lead sharing environments • Consistent ability to effectively and efficiently resolve customer problems • Perform other duties as assigned • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business, or qualified work experience • 3 -5 years of experience in treasury management sales, service and/or support. • Knowledge and understanding of bank payment systems, treasury management solutions and competitive practices. • Knowledge of sales principles and practices to effectively market treasury management solutions to prospects and clients. • Experience with the development and execution of sales planning within assigned sales territory. • Ability to achieve established sales and customer satisfaction goals, demonstrate effective new business development strategies, and build/source new relationships. • Experience with effectively managing commercial account relationships and consulting client best practices and operations to identify deficiencies to develop and facilitate the implementation of effective solutions. • Analytical, problem solving, excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to lead, develop and present effective sales proposals • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry specific software applications. • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes. • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.
