- ✔ Strong sales and communication skills – Ability to engage potential clients and close deals
- ✔ Self-motivated & driven – This is a partially commission-based role, and your success is in your hands
- ✔ Organized & detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- ✔ Ability to work independently – While we provide training and support, you should be comfortable taking initiative
- ✔ Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license – You’ll be meeting clients and managing projects on-site
- ✔ Experience in construction or roofing is helpful but not necessary—we will train the right candidate
