Job Title: Material Coordinator (Manufacturing) #1737
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $19/hour

Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is essential to maintaining production schedules and ensuring materials are in place for successful daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain production schedules

  • Generate and distribute production travelers

  • Perform stock checks and create purchase requisitions

  • Enter and track work orders in an ERP system (JobBoss preferred)

  • Ensure timely and accurate material transactions

  • Support purchasing and assist with open order reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with production and administrative teams

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Aerospace preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Experience with ERP systems required

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Must be comfortable working on the manufacturing floor with PPE

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Overtime and weekends as needed
